If he did it why would he leave her in a car that he owned. Thats the dumbest thing a criminal could do. She obviously drove the car & he most likely wasn’t going to report it because he knew she was a minor. At the same time….for him to be dealing w a kid at his age could place him as being mentally delayed. Obviously they don’t have enough proof to arrest him.
