I'm an electrician and I own the dewalt 20v version of this. Its a game changer for quick jobs, attic and crawlspace work and when you dont feel like swinging a hammer.

I just had the chance to use the DeWalt one today. This one is gonna be smaller, lighter and will use the battery type I use. It’s straight up going to change how I work, replacing the hammer for much of the job.

Milwaukee is about 5 years too late with this. I have dozens of M12/M18 tools, but I bought the DeWalt cable stapler because I got tired waiting for Milwaukee to release one.

Thank god Milwaukee is coming out with a cable stapler. I had the dewalt and it shit the bed mid rough, so hopefully they learned a lesson from their competitors fuck up and created a godsend for us electricians.

We have one at work it isn’t rated for but can also staple 8 and 6 wire, just gotta make sure you don’t run the staple thru the wire lol

Wow, need pricing on this and the staples. Also they need to add coaxial and ethernet staple options. Hoping the next thing is an update to their Ethernet cable crimper to be used on pass through connectors..

i will be checking this out. The one that i am really waiting for is the round crown insulated premium gun to staple cat6 & 5a nd RG59 &58. Everything out there right now is crap.

Now we are talking! The dewalt was a nice idea but it was huge, part of the reason i would get this is limited hammer swing space. Thanks Rob and Sarah

I’ve been using the dewalt romex stapler for a few years now and wouldn’t go with out it. I was wondering when Milwaukee was gonna get its version I’m definitely buying when this hits the market.

Interesting that with the battery mounted in a different position, the handle still has the traditional M12 girth that some people complain about.
