Yep, even small things that no one ever thinks about. Like I've been painting a lot these past couple weeks and every night when I leave the studio, I'm SO tired. No one thinks about how much focus and eye strain it takes to sit there and stare at something for 6-8 hours every night π
when I go home, I just wanna take off my glasses and relax π
Don't get me started on working with wood or large bits of pottery π
I be feeling like I worked a 9-5 by the end of it π it takes forever, leaves us with scars, calluses, and carpal tunnel, but its worth it. I don't think we're lazy for acknowledging that fact l

People are assholes. Im sorry you get this hate. I have a few broken fingers that I could never get fixed because I came from poverty. To fix them Id literally have to have a dr rebreak them. When I finish art its incredibly painful because I cant keep my fingers straight like other people. I feel your pain, mentally and literally. Please π β€ continue your journey lovely fellow artist. You are bringing good energy to this world and hope; something we need more of

Ignore nasty. Its not their fault they were never taught manners. We need to remember not everyone had healthy upbringings.
I was in care from 6 months old. Fostered out and bad things too. Less bad said the better IMHO. I was taught to use my brain and can clearly see this art takes time process skill love and other emotions to get to an end product.
Proud of you keep it up im impressed at how your rpic brain works to accomplish all this. You rock big time in my book β€β€β€πππ
