I’m so glad you were my neurosurgeon and that I trusted you with my spinal surgeries! You are so kind and matter of fact. I’ve been out of pain and active ever since. Thank you.

We need more neurosurgeon. Instead of teaching kids to follow their dreams, which they don't know anyway when they're kids, teach them to serve their country by training for jobs that have high need and high value to other people, one job of which would be a neurosurgeon.

Question: Did you ever almost quit the neurosurgery program? Follow-up question: If you HAD to choose any other medical specialty (other than neurosurgery—-knowing what you now know) Which would it be and why?

I have a question. I have hardware in my lower spine and neck from surgery to repair herniated disc. Now many years later i have broken hardware in both areas. I was told by two neurosurgeons you don’t need to fix the issue. This sounds like a bad idea to me but if it is not necessary then that is great. Should I be concerned about failing/ broken hardware in my spine?

Surgery doctor have more and more jobs. There’s not only surgery to perform but also consultations, communication with staff and much more. I work for cardiology department surgeons. Each day I commute with them regarding surgeries, op. notes and coding guidelines. We make great team. Your job is extremely difficult and stressful but I’m sure your patients love you.

I wish you could be my surgeon /Dr. The doctors I've seen don't even listen. I haven't found one I would let touch me. I kind of just gave up and just suffer.
