One thing that has worked for me 7 years post stroke is using a slant board. I do squats on it and find it's helped in so many ways.

Love your channel Elyse. I struggle with Astereognosis after my ischemic stroke, my left side is numb. I have huge sensory deficits on my left side , it makes driving a manual car very difficult and affects my mobility and balance.

Although i am not aware of anything wrong im my vestibular (?) system, some eight+ years after the hemorrhage i still have issues with keeping myself aligned with "where i am" at any time, especially on the smallest of inclines and declines.
