Landscaping tarp is the worst thing you can put down. Blocks nutrients from getting to the ground and all the plants will eventually get brittle. I pull that stuff up all the time and find fungus growing under the tarp. It doesn’t stop weeds. Weeds will grow in concrete. Just pull the weeds and let the plants flourish.
