Here's the thing are bodies aren't actually supposed to be able to process cows or and animals milk because it's only technically ment for that specific animal cus if you are lactose intolerant it means that milk or dairy is bad for your body and that is how we were made but some people can digest it fine but depending on how you are you might not be able to handle certain dairy products or as much as other's also y'all I'm not saying don't drink or drink milk / dont eat or eat dairy its totally up to you

I'm an old white guy and I'm also lactose intolerant. I don't miss dairy at all. It's actually easy to live without dairy and all other animal-based products. And it's also comforting to know that I'm in the majority with the rest of the world's population. Thanks for the video. I think there are a lot of people who don't realize just how prevalent lactose intolerance really is.

I honestly donāt know why people love milk. Even before I was vegan I didnāt drink it because it smells and tastes disgusting. I only use non dairy milk as an ingredient because drinking it brings back memories of being forced to drink milk as kid. While going vegan dairy was the first thing I gave up because it was the easiest.

There had to be some reason we evolved a tolerance. Milk is an excellent source of protein and much more efficient that growing and slaughtering animals. I remember looking at those body-builder protein powders when I was younger and noticing that the "With Milk" was almost exactly 2x what you got from "With Water", almost like it was just dried milk itself.

its possible that later in life we lack the proper enzymes to break down milk because we no longer need dairy in our diet to sustain a healthy life style as an adult. meaning plenty of children who need exposure to vital bacteria and the protein that comes with it that most dietitians would recommend to a child will be discouraged, because of the color of his skin... possibly just saying

People who can consume milk are commonly of European descent, and yes it is pretty valuable source of calcium, but there are other sources but none not quite as rich, it also has high protein and etc, sort of a mix of everything, and also milks made of cheese and most people can eat cheese, not just people of European descent

Abstaining from milk is in no way what makes vegans annoying. It's things like demanding accommodation for their niche diet in inappropriate circumstances. Or ignoring the edible present you made them because they don't know if you used the right kind of sugar. And most of all INSISTING ON REPLACING NON-VEGAN FOOD WITH VEGAN ALTERNATIVES that might be good, if my lizard brain wasn't freaking out that something was wrong with the meat.

Cheese making supposedly started around 10,000 years ago, and has been wide spread archeologically. Yogurt is known to have been in Mesopotamia 7000 years ago. Kefir existed at least 4000 years ago in China.
But instead you're blaming some guy from a video you saw instead of milk being the main ingredient in one of the oldest relationships humanity has with enzymes, yeast, and bacteria.

Whether or not you should drink milk obviously depends on if you are lactose intolerant or not, but touting milk as āracist propagandaā is kind of an ignorant take. I am Chinese, and when my father was growing up, his family owned one cow and that cow was able to provide milk that helped sustain them. Milk provides every essential amino acid and is a cheap, reliable way for impoverished people to get nutrients and calories.
Milk literally helped him and so many other families SURVIVE when food was scarce and still does the same in many rural and developing communities. While I don't disagree that lots of outdated nutritional advice is more harmful than helpful, demonizing milk propagates a classist view against communities that rely on it for sustenance.
