There are laws in California that prohibit minors being in possession of alcohol more less consuming alcohol and they will charge them with possession even if they don’t physically have alcohol on them I know because they charged my son with possession just for consuming it. It is obviously also against the law to consume alcohol and also it’s against the law to drink with another minor which the charge each offense separately. Now when you drink alcohol with another minor and they crash their vehicle not only can the minor be charged but also the parent/guardian their legal liability is determined by a group of laws related to child abuse, negligence, and negligent supervision. Legally speaking, negligence is defined as “the failure to exercise the care that a reasonable person would exercise in the same circumstance “ if you know your child needs to be controlled, but you take no action to control them, you may be guilty of negligent supervision.This means if you know your child drinks, but you fail to adequately supervise them, and they willfully drink alcohol with another minor in their company, your legal liability may increase dramatically

This just entered my mind..could be completely unrelated/far fetched. If Kiely’s case is about rivalries (gangs), name dropping of individuals was put out there since day one. Some rumors were trying to be debunked (not at party, out of the area, etc.). Then a moment of hope from the recovery videos, yet they too also gave us some insight while holding on to more “depending on how it goes “. Could various people be playing a game on different teams and one must obey or else??

I have done some research and I know some things that you haven’t put in any videos or at least I have not seen yet but I think you’re very good at what you do and you are the only true crime creator I pay attention to and thank you for everything you do.first of all I want to say on October 11,2022 I found a post on longlivekiely where Jager states “ I miss you love and I’m never going to let any of this go. I’m going to fight for you till I’m 6 feet under.” To which Sammi replied “ I love you so much, Kylie I am so sorry” although it doesn’t seem like much it shows that he feels like kiely needs justice and that sammi is sorry about?? Something she did wrong to kiely. It seems that jagger knows someone else is responsible for kiely ending up in Prosser lake
