Portuguese dude here, sorry for the yapp session Im about to go on but around the portuguese scene this is what people say happened, arrozdoce was willing to stay until the end of the year but he was determined that he was leaving and the team didnt like that there was a player that already "had their heads somewhere else" so they decided to part ways right away and ag1l joined, and they even won ESL Challenger Katowice after arrozdoce left so things were still promosing but the RMR was a disappointment and ewjerkz decided to pursuit something international as well ,I dont think the agency is necessarily involved in any of this.
The only thing I dont quite understand was Berry's departure but I have the feeling that it was because he didnt like the teams decision to cut arrozdoce right away, which screwed them over even more cause than Golden wasn't able to be with the team during the games at the RMR which was a big factor

Ewjerks and arrozdoce are insane player. Theyre sure to make any team they join better. Sad to see portugese cs getting screwed over.

As a Portuguese SAW fan, we already knew shit was gonna hit the fan eventually, because the team came together through a mix of 2 teams in Portugal, For The Win and K1CK. But as it turns out, the scene wasn't very pleasant, and the performance of some players vastly outshined others, which lead to players of one of the teams to "migrate" away from the roster. We had a good run, but it was partially because of those two, if only Fox was still here...

This guy is a certified Portuguese without even being. What happened to Arrozdoce or Sweetrice was he wasn't getting along with the team since ESL CHALLENGER Atlanta. Since there he saw their team falling apart he got out. The same happened to ewjerkz.

I was really bummed out by this. As a Dutch&Portuguese CS enjoyer I have had very little teams to support who held a majority of my nationalities’ as players, with ChrisJ having been the only t1 player for a long while (and he ended up being a major cuck so supporting him didn’t feel right). Besided Chris you also have FASHR but they didn’t perform very well and CRUC1AL, who arguably performs okay…. In tier 2.
So when this SAW squad was making major runs I was SO ready to go all in… and then they did this. Big sad.

Ewjerkz and arrozdoce are good friend and often que together in Faceit. I have played them a few times. I imagine something happened between management and arrozdoce, and ewjerkz defended him until the end as well
