Yuyuan Garden has amazing soup dumplings in the building by the water and bridges! It's where the Shanghainese xiao long bao originated. Crazy good and such a nice view from the more local part of the restaurant (there's a fancier part as well where many tourists go, but I recommend the simple side where locals go)
