Itâs not a lack of imagination actually. Most food waste is created by supermarkets and big companies like Walmart. They throw away perfectly good food either because it doesnât look âaesthetic enoughâ or what happens more often, simply to create artificial scarcity. I donât want people to fall into the trap of blaming individuals for a systemic problem.
