Gohan does up to 40 mil in base and does around 150 mil after damage reduction if you get above around 100 that man is the hardest hitting unit in the game

LR TEQ UI Goku in his transformed turns has counters that easily pass 20m-30m damage and can actually damage Goku and Frieza after doing his barrage of Supers.
And this can go even higher if you're under 50% HP in that form. Essentially guaranteed crits and even more damage.
