It's a draw by perpetual check.

So i did some deep calculation and found out white is winning with the tactic where king is on b2, Qd2+ and then you win:
1. If Ka1, Qc1#
2. If Ka3, Qc3+, black king is forced to move to a4, and then queen guards the promotion square and is cutting off the black king
3. If Kb3, Qd4, cutting off the king from a1, and on the next move queen goes there to block the pawn

For anyone wondering, the endgame is drawn, Qvs 7th rank rook or knight pawn, provided that your king is not on some key squares, is drawn, an easy draw at that.

White wins he just pins and put the king on top of pawn and comes with king slowly

In endgames when there is an a,c,f and h pawn on the 7th or 2nd ( depends on the color) and if the king is close enough its a draw

The only way to win is to plant your queen on a1 before he gets to put the king there, there are some interesting attempts with queen on a rank first moves but a skilled chess player will put the king on a1 no matter what and force a stalemate so there s no way to win unless your opponent messes up king moves.

Pawn go forward and then it's all to "who first would take other queen"

... Ka3; Qe5 Kb3; Kg2 Ka3; Kf2..... and so on until white king guard the queen.

Draw because the king can go in the corner and you need to check him and the king will keep going in the corner

White is winning because he can put his queen in the square key of the pawn and will be able to take it later
