Star and Stripe will be heading off the freezer camp today to fulfill their duties here on the homestead. As hard as it is to see them go this was the plan from the beginning to fill the freezers with quality food for the Winter, not only for myself, but also for Echopup and my family. As one person, there is only so much I can care for and do during our 5 months of Winter here so having a full freezer and less chores is the practical way to go. I will be getting goats and much more again in the Spring.

Although sad, I know it's such an amazing feeling of accomplishment whenever camping season comes around.....❤you've done incredible with all your animals this year bud, and they all were loved and cared for beautifully. And being able to feed your family is such a blessing. And i know how thankful you all are for that. Such a bittersweet feeling. ❤
