The process of this tablet filling machine:

Preparation:
1-1, Manually pull an amount of pills into the hopper.
(It can be also connected with tablet pressing machine to be a fully automatic line)
1-2 Manually put the empty tubes in another hopper.
1-3 Manually put an amount of caps into cap loder.

Operation:
2, The machine sort all pills into feeding chanel, at the same time, the empty tube will be fed automatically on a certain position.
3, Automatically pack a stack of tablets in one tube.
4, Detect whether there is a missing piece by the electric eye.
5, Automatically put the cap on the tube and tighten it.
6, Detect whether there is a tube without cap by electric eye.
7, Reject unqualified products from one channel and output qualified products from another channel.
