Chinese takeaway chicken curry is my ultimate comfort food.
Unfortunately, many takeaways make an absolute mess of this simple dish......watery sauce, chewy chicken, soggy tasteless onions and no peas.
That's why I use Ziang's recipe and make it at home these days.
