The reason for this is actually because of gen 3 having so many dual typed PokƩmon with mixed stabs,
Camuruptās fire moves use its special attack and ground moves use its physical attack, so it needs enough of both to use either stabs

also bulky ice types. For some reason they have an obsession with making ice types have -80 speed and put all the points into the defenses, only for it to get outsped and OHKOd anyway because it's weak to half the type chart and quad-weak to fighting.

Crawdaunt has been pretty nice ever since it got adaptability and knock off got buffed. Being able to hit a slow tank with a 195 power knock off of 120 attack and removing their boots/leftovers makes it a pretty nifty wallbreaker, plus it has aqua jet for faster mons

Crawdaunt is perfectly fine these days in large part due to aqua jet removing the slow problem. Did suck until it got its hidden ability and aqua jet.

Cacturne doesnāt deserve being an sfma, it looks so cool

despite how horrible he is in singles, cacturne has gained a golden seat in my doubles trick room team. very underrated and can oneshot consistently after one swords dance, not to mention switching the trick room setter into tyranitar on the following turn to enable his sand veil, making him even more of a threat.
there's one caveat, though. he is nothing without focus sash

Cacturne is my favorite PokĆ©mon and seeing my cactus partner fall into the zero usage barrel really hurts me. I actually use this PokĆ©mon in emerald and it slayed the 7th and 8th gym battles, she so cool. I never knew she was one of the PokĆ©mon that caused the āSand Veilā ban in Generation 3

Bro I play waterpolo and water from bottles is such a blessing since itās colder than the water in the pool and depending on the swimming pool this can be a life saver so no itās not useless even though it may seem so
