For those who dont know, both of them end up dying i think. Her twin doesn't wake up and they have to unplug her bc she was brain dead. Their bodies couldnt handle taking care of one body instead of taking care of two and shut down. I think the girl in the video ended up dying bc her body was producing double of what she needs or smth like that. Forgive me if I was wrong

The one who actually dies is Jenny (the sister who is speaking in this clip). Jenny wakes up but she struggles because she feels alone without her sister. and, at one point, it seems Jenny needs Katie’s heart because she needs a transplant as her heart doesn’t work properly, but Katie miraculously recovers. Sadly, when they are reconnected to try to heal each other, Jenny’s health declines and she eventually dies, leaving Katie heartbroken but helped by their mother to accept the loss.
