요즘 어딜가나 닭강정은 양념치킨같이 양념을 묻히고 강정이라고 하는데 강정은 한번 볶아서 수분을 날려 주어야 바삭해지는데 단지 파우더에 쌀가루나 강력분을 썩어서 튀김으로 땡처버림!!! 옛날 닭강정같이 하는 곳이 그립니다
