U have 2 bosses when ur doing this ezcatering and deliver that its confusing when both call u and tell u 2 different things at the same time .both of them need to chill out .i did have 2 that day it was outback steakhouse the time was 10.05 am i was on time they told me they dont open untill 11am and i would have to wait untill 12 noon for this .this was when i called deliver that they wanted me to ask them when it will be done i called them and they smarted off to me and told me it will be dont when it gets done .i get tired of this i dont need them smarting off at me then hanging up i then calked deliver that told them what happened they said they will send someone eals and i will get paid for being there and the time i wasted wheb i was there .there still was a problem deliver that didnt tell the customer that someone eals will pick this up so i was the one who had to explain this to them as they were getting upset at me .deliver that needs to get in touch with the restaurants and tell them to make sure the food is out on time they do it to us they surely can with them give us some back deliver that .i surely dint want to get yelled at by u and the restaurants and then the customers for something that isnt my fault have some common currency to get on the phone with the restaurants and tell them u be late one more time we drop u .if they care about money they will do as u say .i realy get tired of the restaurants smarting off to me when i am on time and they tell me no its a later time pdqs is another one that smarts off to the drivers .if i had 2 orders going to the same place different doctors i adked them if they had the other one dont or if they coukd guve this to me with this order .thats when the manager got uoset with me and i had to go back there and pick the orher one up making me late droping it off and i was pissed off deliver that u guys need to start sticking up for ur help and telling the other resterants to chill and stop smarting off to the drivers it hard enough ez catering and delever that is always on my back when the restaurants r late then the restaurants managers start smarting off .hey, hears an idea why dont u deliver that instead of calling me andxsweating ne call the restaurant and ask them why isnt the food done on time and tell them if it happens again u will pull them from carering just that simple .as i am tired of u alm sweating me put the pressure on them not me i cant rush them u can not me remember this ok?
