That's her half-sister not just a step sister, to me that makes it even worse. This woman raised this girl and she grew up with her sister. There either is more to the story or she is just a heartless child. Dad needs to do something or has been failing to do something for too long. WTH 😐

NTA. I can totally understand if her daughter would make little comments here and there every now and then. But to actually make your step-sister with a sprained ankle to walk home? Either dad steps up and punish his daughter or his wife should. I don’t care if she’s not the actual mother. If you have to care for your husband’s child like it’s your own, then you can discipline that child like it’s your own.

this sounds like the step mom have tried and is fed up but i think a plan agreedment should be done with the dad so they can be in the same page then tell her the plan and punishment of her actions, then again she did said for sometiime i guess the mom is a ass

For a start a 1 year old doesn't not take to ppl, they accept all as equals. My gut says maybe the biological daughter isn't telling them the full story, why stop them say ok bye, nahhh don't believe that. And no, sending her to her mum's will create more resentment if it's only a one sided resentment from the step daughter, maybe this is 2 sided resentment.

Most likely the mom has said things to her step daughter because at 1 years old you can’t grow up like that without been taught to be mean to someone her helped raised and care for you so dad should of took care of that when she was growing up

I would suggest asking the daughter what her problem is first. It’s not like she can deny her wrong doings. If she has an attitude definitely put more pressure on the dad. Behaving like that towards your sister is unacceptable.
