Great post, my daughters in Oxford, Mississippi and we play Georgia Bulldogs this weekend. Obviously I donโt want her to drink but post brain injury. I definitely know how much hydration is important.

My folks talked to me about alcohol early on. They always talked about a limit as well. I've never had a hangover and always limit myself to 2 drinks and not hard alcohol.

I can drink Long Island Ice Tea/hard liquor, and it does nothing. I drink 1/2 glass of wine, and I am wasted. I have never had a hangover. I just get tired, then wide awake for hours.๐ฎ

I am older now and never want to experience a hangover ever again. We tend to get over binge drinking as we get older and wiser....most of us anyway.
