Some people like me need to have a large dog breed and that's an issue because they don't live as long as Horses can and I have coordination balance vertigo dizzy spells passing out situation where other dogs their dog they're not sturdy and strong enough to handle my coronation balance loss if I'm about to fall and I could hurt myself they're not capable of helping me and support coordination balance and some people are even allergic to dogs so that is why people get the service horse versus a service dog they're more built their stronger their sturdier and so people like me with my medical multiple conditions need someone a dog or a service horse that is strong well-built sturdy to help me with my negating and an alerting and getting me out of Harm's Way when I'm having a medical condition episode and unfortunately something smaller medium and large Basic dog breeds can't do for me because they're not built that way to help people who have those conditions where they're going to lose all control of your body and just drop like a you know it's like somebody coming up and kicking you from underneath and you just going down you lose all your strength your Mobility your coordination it goes out the window so the service horse or a larger dog breed but unfortunately I said they are the safer healthier alternative for handlers with different medical conditions like mine because they are able to help can handle the body weight of a person
