i’ve had altitude sickness before, it SUCKS. it completely ruins your trip. my suggestion is to take blood thinners every day for about a week before you leave, or that when you get there to just chill out for a day or two and don’t really do anything intensive, go for walks or light hikes, but don’t try to run a marathon or nothin or you’ll pass out
