clearly wallet hub has never flown on Spirit, spirit leaves people stranded all the time and charges for everything just short of charging you for AIR.

I live in Baltimore. I have to say, I use Spirit a lot. It is decent if you are trying to save your dollars. But if you want comfort, stick to the big names.
I'm seriously considering switching to those like Delta, American, United, Southwest, and maybe Alaskan.

There's actually not a weak demand in travel.
Travelers are smart enough to NOT:
*Pay 65.00 each way for luggage
* 50% on time reliability
* Eating trays only big enough for a 6 year old
* Water is not even offered
* Low fare is only an advantage if you don't have to arrive on time or flight is 2 hours or less

I flew Spirit about a week and a half ago, big seat. Great experience. My ONLY issue, was the 2.5 hour delay. I was at BWI and my plane was boarding at FLL. Other than that, great experience.

Spirit was great. Convenient, cheap, and easy transportation by air that doesn’t require you to spend a fortune to fly between cities with Delta or United. Or drive forever!

So called ‘low cost’ carriers have had a history of struggle and failure. Because the costs involved in operating an airline rarely go down. And when you factor in a requirement for stockholders to see an acceptable profit margin, the pressure to perform increases. Even standard pricing on major carriers isn’t enough to satisfy requirements. The fact is that if airlines were to charge an amount that realistically met their needs, an inordinate amount of potential customers would be priced out of being able to fly anywhere. And in an economic situation in which the general public isn’t seeing an increase in jobs nor an increase in their income, this situation gets worse.

Spirit Airlines has the absolute worst customer service! The policies of this company are ridiculously unforgiving! I told them I would never fly Spirit Airlines again! I used them out of Columbus Ohio to Vegas ! Worst service ever!😢

I have flown spirit so much times and always enjoyed it the crew is nice the seats are semi comfortable not the best legroom but the employees make every trip nice and relaxing

Spirit has made a deal with Southwest if they do go bankrupt they probably won’t though but if they do Southwest will get there planes so they won’t just have 737 the way spirit is trying to come out of bankrupt is by selling a few of their planes to Southwest
