bobo, i have a question. my quest 3 s3 pro headstrap has been working perfectly fone for about 4 months now, and now all of the sudden, wont charge when i put it on my headset! this is really upsetting me as the battery pack is on FULL charge, and my playing time is limited due to this cause. are you aboe to help out/explain to me how to fix this problem?
