Which Indian cities are expected to give the highest growth in Real Estate over the next 10 years?

I was looking at stats from Oxford Economics, which said that by 2035, the world’s top 10 fastest growing cities will be in India...

Out of which the top 2 is where they would place their bet...

That’s Surat and Agra...

which are expected to offer over 9% p.a. in growth - which is a phenomenal growth rate in GDP for any city the world over.

If you wish to look in other parts of the country... cities that are expected to follow in terms of growth would be...

Tiruppur and Tiruchirapalli in Tamil Nadu
Rajkot
Nagpur
Vijaywada

Among the big metros, the biggest bets are on Hyderabad, Bangalore and Chennai...

not on Delhi and Mumbai, where the real estate market is not expected to grow by much in the future.

But how does one know where will be the most growth?

Because as a thumb rule the world over, 1% increase in infrastructure spends leads to a 2% increase in GDP.

And 1% increase in population of a district leads to 2.7% increase in GDP.

Of course one couples that will where the most number of commercial projects, educational institutes, hospitals, and airports are expected to develop.
