judging by the very start of the animation of how theire punching at the same time, it has to be a dash clash (since yk, dash does a punch at the end). so if q garou and a suiryu dash at eatchother at the same time this will prob happen

I have a theory that whenever a suriyu and a garou both are fighting maybe when they both are near a wall it can happen or maybe when they both dash at eachother or it could be a instance when they are both in ultimate and they have to spam a button and whoever spams more wins or smth like that
