No, there are so many reasons he could have ghosted, maybe he’s in a relationship, maybe he’s dating multiple people at the same time, maybe he’s super busy with work, maybe he had a friend or family member have an emergency, maybe he saw your text come in and got nervous so he put off replying and then forgot, maybe he intentionally ignored the text.
