The problem is there are insufficient economy class reviews, insufficient pressure to make airlines offer better service and cleanliness to the bulk of their passengers.

As a Finn, Finnair has pretty much become a budget airline without the budget price. Went on vacation in February with them to Gran Canaria, you can't choose your seats anymore without paying. Eariler you could pay if you wanted specific seats or when doing check-in you could select any free seats. Now you have to pay at least 20€ per person per leg. It does say that if you don't book in advance the system will try to put the persons on the same booking number close to eachother. Well when I did check-in my fiancé didn't show up on the booking until I put in her surname and same booking number as me. And she was at row one, I was at row 26 or something. I could have selected basic seats closer to eachother but would have had to pay. So don't think that "system" tried to put us close to eachother. Earlier years we've flown with Norwegian and will do thst again next year

Dan, you may not like this viewpoint, but I totally trust your judgement when it comes to your reviews because I don't know the difference between half of these airlines other than price. Your honesty and critical eye sets you apart from others and makes you the best.

I have done 5 business trips to singapore over the last 5 years...
A few months ago FINALLY gotta use singaporea airlines.... i put that shit up there with spirit air... i am 6'2". I had my knees in my chest for 17 hours....
Next time, ill go with united haha

Another problem with flight reviews is they overwhelmingly focus on business class which accounts for a small percentage of actual seats
