Since there was no crime, there was no probable cause for detainment, in Lew of an investigation. The investigation has to come first and have a crime. You can not find a person then search for a crime.

guy got he's basic rights not to be herressed by police violated, and judge patronize him....and even sentence him.
what was the crime again?....other then being in the wrong place at the wrong time...
the officers should be held accountable for herressing the guy, and the judge should be fired for incriminating him, without evidence...
there is no law in the world, that forces anyone to work - such a law would be a violation of UN human rights law, and the fact that the judge uses it as an argument, shows that he does not follow the law text, but invent law based on his own bigotry
