I also seem to have alexythymia, because most of the time, the mind is blank, something (like a wall in my head) prevents me from even thinking, for example, if you ask me to think about something, even something simple, i have a sensation of trying to search in my mind but it's like looking in an empty box but there's more, unfortunately

I would really love a full video on this especially excessive shame in the context of asian cultures and religion.
