My cortisol levels no thanks to chronic family drama is now letting me know I need to stop. Self-care and listen. I had vertigo last year. The crystal was in the wrong place. My equilibrium was off a reflection of my life spinning out of control.
Now plantar faciatus also cortisol related. Read up on that one. Tmj also annoying. These issues are giving me more anxiety. Anxiety caused these issues. I'm meditating, reduced sugars, no caffeine. I'm exhausted and constantly hot.
