Dr. Joe, I’ve spent 30+ years suffering from pain in the areas you marked with red X’s. I learned about the facial system in 2020 and have been working out knots. YOU just identified the source of my pain AND named it. My journey towards recovering from chronic pain just got really focused! I couldn’t stop listening to this video as I followed your instructions. Instant results! I hope you are rewarded 100 fold for putting out a video to the pubic so unselfishly🙏

I have been wondering for so long why fascia is almost never addressed or considered as a cause of issues by the majority of the medical community. I have so many unresolved severe chronic pain issues and I HIGHLY suspect my fascia is one of the top offenders that NOBODY addresses. I’ve even brought it up MANY times and doctors act like I don’t know what I’m talking about and also a little like they have no clue if my fascia is involved or not.

I have had pain in the spots you marked for 3 years now. I’ve been doing pt for nearly two years with some relief but I haven’t resolved it yet. I think you just hit the nail on the head and I keep telling pt and Chiro that it feel like there’s a rope from my scap to my hip pulling it up. Now I know the name of the rope!!

When you have tight muscles (Psoas, Lats, feet, traps) on one side and week muscles (gluteus medius, Obliques, serratus anterior etc) in the other side, then you have to correct your underlying lateral pelvic tilt. With the exercise in this video you just release the fascia and the next day you have the same problems again. But to prepare your body for other exercises to correct your pelvic tilt, this video is helpfull.
