It's many decades since I practised Judo, but was that throw a Sasae-Tsurikomi-Ashi? Looks like it to me. It's the best I've ever seen. The way he tugged his unbalanced opponent's sleeve, spinning him low like a yo-yo to effect a perfect cartwheel, was Judo at its purist. Marvellous!
