At 37.5-years-old & nearly 9-months postpartum with baby numero 3, I’m working my way to “thirty ‘eight-pack’” summer.” 🤘🏼 And in the first 7-weeks on the 75Hard program, I’m up in muscle, down in body fat, and way, way mentally stronger than when I started—and that’s the ticket I was hoping for… 🦾🤙🏼💋

A year ago, in the home stretch of my third pregnancy and DYING to be back to the fittest version of myself, I never could have imagined I’d eclipse that and get to where I am right now. I’m so grateful for the place where I shed the sweat and build the muscle @work.idaho (and grateful for allll the people who I sweat alongside and who coach us to be the best versions of ourselves), and also thankful for my team of buddies who challenged me to do 75Hard in the first place. I initially resisted because I didn’t want to give up alcohol, but eventually gave in because I’m a sucker for a good challenge (and terrible at giving in to peer pressure). Little did I know it would be just what I needed to kick a few bad habits to the curb and cultivate new ones that would ignite the mental & physical changes that were hiding underneath the surface. I just needed to get rid of the distractions for them to come out and show me how much this hard work has truly been paying off!

Thirty ‘eight-pack’ summer here we come!
