Tabasco is also good, but try looking for chile negro it’s made for seafood and it’s one of my favorites for oysters

I personally like Malpeque oysters from PEI, Canada.. for me they were sweet and salty, meaty, and full of brine.. never tried with hot sauce, just put a splash of Old Bay and Lemon juice on one, and Only Lemon juice on the other..

I think the old bay woulda been better On a cooked oyster with a bit of cheese and hot sauce, but they were perfection with just a squeeze of lemon juice

If I can make a recommendation, I think you should try Nando's Peri Peri sauce. It's got a great citrus kick and a more vinegar based heat.

Ever since I went to Scranton PA and to Coopers. I've been putting Melinda's Cayenne hot sauce on my oysters..... It's so damn good. Highly recommend

Have you tried Cholula? I'm born and raised in Southern Maryland but after living in the Southwest it's one of my favorites.

You need an oyster holder. They used to be made of lead, 10lbs and shaped like a wavy M. I still have my grand dads. The new ones are made with bamboo, $8 bucks on Amazon..😋

Always sketches me out when someone opens an oyster like that with a knife because all it takes is one slip and boom that knife is going to that artery

Love these videos! Unfortunately I lost my job recently and can't quite afford to do the $55 subscription.
On the hunt for a new job, expecting to find something within the month. I Live in Michigan, do you think I'd get nice tasting, fresh Oysters from blue Oyster cult?
When I get my financial situation back to normal, I'd really like to try this subscription out! Ive had cooked Oysters, but never tried raw. Excited to hear your opinion.
