KR and her defense theories are totally debunked even by the following examples (notwithstanding the convenient excuses but still no proof of the Defense and KR):
1. FBI after investigating for a year or so (even calling on a FGJ and spending no doubt $1M+ and their superior resources), found no evidence of a frame job and conspiracy and no indictments/charges were issued/laid against anyone. The frame job would have had to involve 60+ people - 25 LE officers, being “IN ON IT”.
2. There was numerous indisputable data evidence in the trial including:
(a). JO’s phone (GPS, Apple and Waze) that prove he never went in to the house and never moved from that area after he got out of KR’s SUV.
(b). The alleged climbing stairs was when he was 8 miles away (can be from a steep road, dropping your phone and picking it up, someone snatching your phone in an upward way - a phone cant see stairs it’s about movement of the phone.
(c). KR’s SUV Techstream data verified she reversed at 24mph with 75% pressure on the pedal and there was some sort of accident and her hitting something at that time (12:32 am) this was obviously not hitting JO’s SUV.
3. KR admitted at the time to reversing in Fairview Road that night before she drove off and that she did not see JO go to the house (verified via her arraignment).
4. KR hated JO that night and fuelled with anger as verified by her voicemails (she said it herself: “John I f***ing hate you”)! Hell hath no fury like a woman (such as her) scorned.
5. She said “I hit him” three times at the scene (verified via her arraignment).
6. After JO being pronounced dead, at the hospital KR told her dad, “Dad I think I struck something” and “I REMEMBER backing up and hitting something”. The timing of saying this is very important and obviously she was not referring to hitting JO’s vehicle as she wouldn’t have used the word “something”. (KR’s dad via interview).
7. KR, quote: “What I thought could have happened was that, did I incapacitate him unwittingly somehow, and then in his drunkenness he passed out” (via an interview).
8. Tiny fragments of the taillight where found in JO’s clothing and pieces of it found at the scene in two feet deep of snow (indicating they landed there a long time prior).
9. JO’s DNA was found in the housing of the taillight and the medical examiner deemed the manner of his death undetermined (eg. Not beaten up, and bitten and scratched by a dog). The pig DNA appears to have come from JO’s vomit and eating a pizza earlier from Chris Alberts pizza shop (no doubt with ham).
10. No canine DNA, nor saliva, was found and Kenneth Kinsey (renown expert from the Alex Murdaugh case) has publicly said those injuries relate to damage from a vehicle and not from a dog (numerous things also verify this is untrue; no puncture wounds, no bites on the underside of the arm, no bruising, no crushed bones).
11. FBI experts did not say JO was not hit by a vehicle, they said: “We concede there simply is not enough evidence to DETERMINE that Mr. O’Keefe was hit by an automobile”. Thus, not enough evidence that THEY had for them to say that JO was hit by KR’s SUV (they also admitted they were given limited material and didn’t even view KR’s SUV, nor know of, review, or sight, vitally important evidence, and were told they could not do any research, etc, and only base their opinion upon what they had been provided).
12. FBI expert testified the taillight could not have been damaged by KR’s SUV hitting JO’s vehicle.
13. Trooper Proctor could not have broken the taillight at the SP and then planted pieces of it in two feet deep of snow when the SERT team were there and a media crew (WBZ - CBS News Boston) therefore no time and without being seen.
14. Why didn’t the defense put KR’s dad and her brother on the stand to testify as to damage to her taillight - they picked her and the SUV up from JO house and were seen looking at the taillight when they arrived at her parents house before LE took the vehicle and allegedly broke the taillight and planted pieces of it at Fairview Road.
15. The alleged JM google search at 2:27 am was proven didn’t happen, by the creator of the software relied upon, another expert, and then the FBI hired expert (Greene) admitted he was wrong on the stand in this regard.
16. There were no footprints in the snow around where JO’s body was found, or anywhere around the house.
17. There was grass underneath JO proving he had been there for a long time before the snow starting falling heavily.
18. JO had frostbite - there are four stages of frostbite and he was definitely in the least, at stage 1.
19. There was no X-Ray attended to, therefore we do not know if JO had broken bones anywhere in his body.
20. KR loves to talk about this case to anyone that will listen (including reporters and referring to JO as “the body”) but would not take the stand to tell her version of the “alleged” truth under oath (as Alex Murdaugh did in his trial, as have numerous other defendants in numerous other trials).
* Not to say it was also admitted to and as being an accident at her arraignment by Yannetti, and no frame job or conspiracy, nor anyone else being involved at all, nor KR not knowing what happened to JO, was said at any time during the arraignment.
