The first step is to obtain the graphic or create one. We did a little of both here by purchasing a decal and then modifying it to fit our them in Flexi and then importing it into Cricut's design studio.
Next, cut down or purchase the film you will be using, in our case we chose this Metallic Hunter Green Super Cast 950 craft vinyl from Avery Dennison because we liked the look and we wanted to do a video on the series. Once you have a 12 by 12 inch sheet, apply it to the Cricut sticky mat (which I can't seem to keep clean) and load the machine.
Select Basic Cut and then hit the "Make" button and the job will begin cutting.
Weed (remove) the excess vinyl to reveal the decal. Be very careful as this film is super thin--so thin, in fact , that it is translucent when applied to a window.
Apply transfer tape. Squeegee on several times and carefully remove from vinyl liner.
Apply to substrate (the install surface).
