I wonder, why isn't it written V6/4 (without the slash)? Wouldn't that make more sense seeing as the 6 is making reference to the 3rd of the key forming a major 6th with the 5th degree and the 4 is making reference to the root of the key forming a perfect fourth with the 5th degree? Doesn't classical harmony view as a type of V chord?
