Thats why i have the feeling that everytime i train greco roman it benefits in grappling and mma better than freestyle Wrestling.
The shots for the legs are good from freestyle but you shoot them from total diffrent angle in mma because of your stance. In mma its more like a tackle
But i think its good to combine freestyle and greco.

I don't think people avoid the low stance in the streets for fear of kicks. I think it's just a less natural position, so most people don't use it.

“In the streets” realistically If I’m actually being attacked they’re gonna get shot a few times.
I practice Ju-jitsu Judo MMA for sport. Not to protect myself. I can’t out grapple a knife or a 3v1 unfortunately.
