You need peameal bacon. It's cured pork rolled in cornmeal. Thats just regular bacon.

Heres a tip, turn your heat not so high because when the heat is high that's when the grease wants to splatter everywhere but when you turn the heat down the grease doesn't want to do that it stays in the pan the bacon will still cook
