I recommend you add a little RCS thrusters, especially on the wing tips and on the tail for better control during VTOL, especially if you try making a larger VTOL

Nice, when I made my first VTOL it was way too complex. It was supposed to be similiar to the F-35. Although after all this time trying to get one to work, i finally succeeded.
