I love these suggestions, which work to, say, -10 or -15. After that, sorry, I don't care about fashion anymore--it's all about warmth :). That said, I live in a place where -40 in the winter is not uncommon (sigh). And we have snow on the ground already.

I also need to know what dresses to wear to Christmas functions so my pear shaped, a bit of a tummy and 36D ladies , plus a bit of a turkey neck looks great! I’ve got evening parties to attend and I don’t know how to hide my neck. I can’t wear a scarf for obvious reasons with a gown…

Nice ideas! But I hate the feel of tights under jeans, they seem to stick and the jeans don’t hang properly, unless they are wide leg.
