As far as I know, Ivaraj didn't die yet in the series. He's just locked up in other dimension.
After Michael-Sama kill all the angels who guarding the gate of the dimension where Ivaraj sealed. And Obera-San managed to escape, the gate are now opened.
The whole scene got seen by Ivaraj and awakened his self by consuming all souls of angel scattered around the gate.
After Michael-Sama leaving the place, Ivaraj can escape freely because no one is guarding. But that time he can't, after consuming the souls to awakened herself. He go in the evolutionary sleep.
So how Feldway-Sama revived the Chaos Dragon? Ivaraj didn't die yet.
That happened in the Lightnovel Volume 20, even if I'm currently in VL 20. I know what will happened in VL 21.
