I'm thinking to do it but this video scared me if it will make eyes unattractive I don't want it eyes are the most important

Mine expanded asymmetrically to the left and opened up my eye socket causing slight droop in that eye. It also popped my cheek bone suture. It definitely gave a slight convergence issue and strained my vision slightly in the same eye.

This may be a nice alternative to OBO. If you have close set eyes, this may be an aesthetic plus.

If you have a canted smile , one of your eyes will drop lower and create a slight assymetry
It sucks because you would need to do surgery get it back to where it was before Marpe . (Orbital implants etc)
The other eye I think got pushed up and is more forward since it’s hugging on the top of the orbital bone
Lower one is more deep set and more relaxed

i’m going this route instead of upper jaw surgery. i’m 41 so should probably do the latter but we’re going for former

The problem is it expands your zygomas more than your eye distance so it will always decrease ESR. Most expansion isn’t helpful for those with close set eyes (yet at least - inshallah)
