This is a feature that only like 1% of users will actually use. Most people aren't making movies or creative videos. Most people just want to capture a moment really fast and save it or upload it. It's still a really nice feature to have.

so the question is how many people are going to make use of this lol, seems like it was intended for "cinematic" where there are at least 2 people in the frame and needing to shift focus on individual subjects doesnt look like it will be very useful in real life scenario =)) this is the tech they got from Lidar camera and Lidar died real quick. I dont think bringing it back on the ip13 will be make it anymore useful =)). Probably the most useful feature that people should be excited for is that it allows you to refocus the video afterward, THAT is the biggest and most useful features for people.

Yea, I feel that feature could easily work on the 12 series. Doesn't seem too reliant on the new hardware but what I am to know, I own an Android which already has this.

Honestly, I got such a good trade in price for my old iPhone, upgrading is a no brainer. Even 5% better cameras and that added battery life would have been enough for me.
