What's a great old school exercise for big biceps?
ANSWER: Standing Alternating Dumbbell Curls
When performing this biceps exercise you need to remember 2 very important things:
1. Always make sure you fully supinate the forearm as you raise the dumbbell. Then squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
2. Always perform with good posture. Keep your torso/shoulders upright. Keep the shoulders back. Don't use to much weight which causes you to drop the shoulders forward. This can result in injury such as biceps tendonitis.
