Vrat special receipe. Its Maharashtrian Sabudana Thalipeeth receipe whichnid absolutely delicious.

Chutney :

1/2 Bunch Dhaniya
2 Tbson roasted peeled peanuts
2 Tbspn fresh grated coconut
1/4 Inch Ginger
2 nos Green chilli
1 Tspn lemon juice
1 tbspn Dahi
1/2 Tspn Sugar
1/4 Tspn Jeera/ cumin seeds
1/4 tspn salt
2 tbspn water

blend all into a fine paste.

sabudana thalipeeth

1/2 cup sago soaked in water overnight or for six hous. wash it 2-3 times to get rid of loose starch . soak in little less than 1/2 cup water.
1/3 cup unsalted roasted peeled peanuts
1cup grated boiled potatoes or 2 med size . cool it one night before. and keep in fridge
4 Tbspn Amaranth flour or Rajgira flour or any vrat flour
handful corriander leaves
1 tbspn lime juice
Salt

mix everything well . knead it into dough set it aside.
take butter paper apply some butter or ghee or oil on it.
divide dough into 3 portions .shape it into a thalipeeth. with ur hands. if there are cracks on the sides do press it to give better look.do.not forget to apply oil on your hands. Make hole in the centre of the thalipeeth.
transfer it to hot tava. cook on medium flame. do not try to flip it for 7-8 minutes. pour some gheeor oil on top in the hole i e centre and sides of the thalipeeth. it takes little longer time than regular paratha. cook on both sides till well done serve hot with chutney..
