Catching up Drs. on your great videos. I'm blessed taking 600mg @ breakfast & 600mg@ dinner. I've had the test to see how well your bones are. Thank you for those tests letting me know how my aging bones are developing.

You must take Vitamin K2. K2 put the calcium into the bones where it belongs.

What about fermented sauerkraut? Not the store bought high sodium non probiotic trash. Apparently it's the best to reverse osteoporosis, besides fixing leaky gut. And is K2 required to get the calcium into the bones, if you don't want to brew sauerkraut?

I’ve heard that if you have adaquate magnesium and vitamins you can absorb calcium much better from a normal healthy diet and you shouldn’t have to supplement with calcium as too much seems to cause deposits

Years of taking Caltrate gave my mother heart issues and she did have a stroke. Dr's scared her about osteoporosis. They have blood on their hands.

Weird...I just saw a container online that is at my local health food place that has 'Calcuim + Magnesium and D3'. I put it on my grocery list, then click over to Youtube and this is the first video I saw. So...scratch that item from grocery list. Thank you Doc's!!

So why should people with osteoporosis take it?

My doc told me to stop as my blood calcium increased which is something I deal with. I am doing heavy weight training instead and trying to get calcium from diet alone. I am not a mild drinker.

Calcium supplements do nothing for osteoporosis as most of it is not absorbed. Calcium is in the same column as Magnesium in the Periodic Table and adjacent to Potassium. This means they have very similar properties. To stop leg cramps at night after starting heavy leg workouts, potassium and magnesium at night stopped that immediately. It was probably mainly the Magnesium, so to say Calcium has no benefit is unlikely. Ranting about talk to your doctor is not information and most of these studies are opinions. I get all kinds of medical advice emails from Kaiser, with zero regarding warnings on these supplements, or any others.

No…D3 Plus Vit k2 (.mk7). It ends up on the arteries & cardio issues down the road. My research…
